About

The Fulbourn Neighbourhood Plan will gives all of us who live, work or run businesses in Fulbourn an opportunity to influence the future shape of the village and wider Parish of Fulbourn.

The neighbourhood planning process is a statutory right introduced by the Localism Act, 2011, and supported in our case by South Cambridgeshire District Council through which we can seek to determine the development and use of land and make other improvements to the neighbourhood including the development of homes, shops, offices, infrastructure and their design across the Parish.

Anyone with a connection to the Parish may be impacted by future changes. The Neighbourhood Planning process provides an opportunity for you to get directly involved in shaping the future of your community and/or to have your views considered as the Plan is developed.
